30-Day Trial
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. You may try and use the product: a used product is accepted under this trial, provided it is not damaged. This offer also applies to sale items.
Return the product clean, complete, and carefully protected for transport, if possible in its original packaging. Enclose your order number or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return
Contact us at titanecook75@gmail.com with your order number and the items concerned. We will send you the instructions and the return label provided under our procedure. This contact helps ensure your parcel is processed and does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal.

Product Received Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect
If your product arrives damaged, has a defect, or does not match your order, contact us so that we may address the issue. The “not damaged” condition of the trial does not remove your rights in the event of a defect, non-conformity, or damage on delivery.
Exchanges
Contact us to arrange the return. To obtain another item, you may then place a new order.
Refund Under the Trial
After receipt and inspection of the return, we will inform you of its processing. Once the return is accepted, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 working days. The time it takes to appear in your account may then depend on your bank. Statutory refund periods remain applicable when you exercise your right of withdrawal.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal
For eligible distance purchases, you have a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt, without having to justify your decision, subject to legal exceptions. You may notify us of your decision by a clear statement, including by e-mail. Then return the items within 14 days of that statement.
The refund is issued within 14 days of your notification; it may be deferred until we receive the product or proof of shipment, whichever occurs first. Any depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product may be taken into account under the conditions provided by law. Our commercial trial does not limit this right or the statutory warranties.
